To view the Libsys database please follow the instructions: Open Internet Explorer - Click on Tools - Internet options - Connections - LAN Settings - Advanced - Put IP address 10.10.10.19 into the space under 'Do not use proxy server for the address beginning with': This will applicable for all Internet browser.
