Quantum Gravity Phenomenology: Harbingers of Future precision

We investigate predictions from semiclassical gravity for astrophysical phenomena. Though the quantum effects are infinitesimal, they can affect observations, and will eventually prove significant for precision instruments of the future. In particular we discuss gravity waves, and the image of spherical black hole.
